- Caulk all nails (that means the nail head and a space of 1 sqare inch around the nail head) in the leaking area of the roof with roofing cement;

Visually inspect the roof. It is necessary to use the roofing ladder this time, otherwise it is not possible to detect problems in the areas that are hidded when watching from the ground level.
